All three STICKERCASE sizes are available as standard in ten different Pantone (PMS) colors*. Simply off the shelf.
*From 500 pieces, we can also produce a special Pantone color. This allows you to create a completely custom STICKERCASE. However, please allow for a production time of approximately 12 weeks.
Suitcase material
The base material of all our suitcases is ABS, a thermoplastic polymer that is lightweight, durable, and robust. This makes them resistant to scratches, tears, and dents, and they can absolutely withstand rough handling during travel. One disadvantage of suitcases made entirely of ABS is that they are slightly more vulnerable to extreme temperatures, both high and low, which could lead to warping, deformation, or even cracking.
To prevent this, we provide all suitcases with a polycarbonate film for extra durability and stability. Polycarbonate is a very strong yet lightweight material that fully protects the suitcase against extreme temperatures and external impact. So they can take a beating.
Warranty cases
All STICKERCASES come with a warranty of no less than 5 years against material and/or manufacturing defects. The warranty cannot be claimed if the case is damaged as a result of external impact (an accident, a fall, rough handling, etc.), normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, (salt) water, or other causes that are not a direct result of a material and/or manufacturing defect.
Packaging
Each STICKER CASE is individually packed in a shipping box made of recycled FSC cardboard. Before going into the box, it is securely packed in a plastic bag to ensure the case is well protected. Of course, we use bags made of biodegradable plastic.
We can also create custom packaging for you. This can be a box that we individually print, up to fully full-colour printed copies. Contact us to learn more about the possibilities.
Material sticker
The full-colour stickers used to personalise our STICKERCASES are printed on high-quality air-flow vinyl. The micro-perforations in the vinyl allow any air trapped under the sticker during application to escape easily. The result is a very smooth surface without air bubbles.
Our weather-resistant vinyl stickers have an initial tack and a very strong final adhesion. This means that the sticker can still be easily repositioned during application, but once applied, it bonds very strongly within 24 hours. This is why we can also offer a 3-year guarantee against the sticker peeling off.
Printing
Our stickers are digitally printed in no fewer than 8 colors. This allows us to match most Pantone colors quite accurately. This is a major advantage over 'standard' digital printing, which often uses four colors (CMYK). A transparent protective layer (laminate) is then applied to the digital print, with a choice of a matte or glossy finish. The laminate protects the sticker from fading and the elements, ensuring that it stays looking great for years.
Warranty sticker
To further protect the sticker itself, it is ‘inset’ into the front of the suitcase. The front of the suitcase features an adhesive area that sits approximately 5 mm lower than the rest of the suitcase shell. The sticker fits perfectly into this area, providing even better protection from external elements, even when the suitcase is lying on its ‘belly’. The stickers come with a 3-year guarantee against peeling (as long as you don’t mess with them…😉) and against discoloration caused by UV light or rain.
